The ClubHotel Riu Garopa and the ClubHotel Riu Funana are two five-star, all-inclusive Hotels (built side-by-side), with most facilities open to guests of either Hotel.

The complex is located on the front-line beside the Ponta Preta beach and is about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Santa Maria. There are a wide range of sports on offer including table tennis, archery, beach volleyball,windsurfing, kayaking and diving.
