I have been reading about property in Cape Verde and I am planning on going out later this year to have a look for myself. In the meantime, I have a few questions that maybe someone can help me with.

Firstly, considering the low GDP of Cape Verde, the property prices seem quite high, is there a reason for this?

Secondly, has anyone got any experience actually renting their property? Is it easy to rent an apartment or small villa? What kind of return am I looking at?
